Ashley has specialty training in pediatric and adolescent medicine from a top ten Children’s Hospital, Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital associated with Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.

Children and teens have much different nutritional needs than adults and go through many challenging phases with food. From food refusal and picky eating to entering college and learning to cook and provide for themselves.

Separate food responsibility with toddlers.  You are responsible for what and when.  They are responsible for if and how much.
Try putting sliced citrus fruit in your plain water to give it a little natural flavor.
Dietary supplements are meant to supplement a healthy, balanced diet, not carry a poor diet.
